Social AI Manager is operated by SocialAIManager, based in California, United States. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the private Social AI Manager portal and its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
Eligibility and account ownership
Access to this service is private and restricted to authorized users. You may connect only social media channels or accounts that you own or are legally authorized to manage (limited to one channel per supported provider per user in this deployment). You agree to provide accurate authorization credentials and maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in access.
There are no paid services, fees, or guaranteed service-level commitments in this private deployment.
Current service scope
YouTube integration: Provides read-only access to channel identity, video metadata, native lifetime metrics, and channel analytics reports via YouTube API Services.
Instagram integration: Provides read-only access to account identity, post metadata, native insights, and a bounded page of comments on your own posts when Meta grants comment permission for one professional Business or Creator account via the Meta Graph API / Instagram Graph API.
YouTube comments: On request, provides a bounded page of published top-level comments for videos on your connected channel and Instagram comments on your own posts when the required permission is granted. These features do not return all replies or moderation queues.
TikTok status: TikTok integration is deferred and not available in the active deployment.
Write operations excluded: The service is strictly read-only. We do not publish content, edit titles or descriptions, post or reply to comments, send messages, or perform financial transactions on your behalf.
Provider terms and privacy
By using YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
By using Instagram features, you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Terms of Use, and acknowledge the Meta Privacy Policy.
Your use of Social AI Manager is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how credentials, metrics, and request histories are handled.
Provider non-endorsement: Social AI Manager is an independent tool operated by SocialAIManager and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by Google LLC, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or ByteDance / TikTok. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Social AI Manager only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any accounts, data, or system infrastructure.
- Bypass or attempt to circumvent authentication gates, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the application.
- Use the service to scrape, harvest, or aggregate data in violation of provider policies.
Analytics disclaimers and limitations
Analytics reports display native metrics as reported by provider APIs on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Metrics, reporting availability, and latency depend entirely on provider platforms. We do not warrant that analytics data will be error-free, continuous, or exhaustive.
Metadata synchronization indexes up to the 50 latest uploads for a connected account; it is not an exhaustive channel archive. Lifetime counters differ from period-specific interval metrics. The service does not provide automated business or financial advice.
Connected MCP clients
When you connect an MCP client (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex) to this service, that client receives the reports and metadata you request. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy settings, and security practices of your chosen client environment.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in original application code, user interface designs, and original branding authored for Social AI Manager belong to SocialAIManager. Third-party software libraries, framework components, and dependencies bundled or utilized by the service remain governed by their respective open-source or proprietary licenses. All provider trademarks, logos, and service marks are property of their respective owners. You retain full ownership, title, and rights in your channel content, video uploads, posts, and underlying social media account data.
Modifications and termination
The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, provider integration, or the service at any time to address defects, security requirements, or provider platform policies. You may terminate your use at any time by disconnecting your channel at Your connection and requesting account deletion.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
